End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an

individual or a single entity) and Alessandro Sozzi, independent developer and owner of the

Dominus Mundi Audio brand ("Licensor"), for the use of the audio software, plugins (including,

but not limited to, the "Stereoid" plugin), associated components, electronic documentation, and

online services (collectively, the "Software").

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of

this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant

The Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to

download, install, and use the Software solely for personal or professional audio production

purposes within a compatible Digital Audio Workstation (DAW). This license permits the use of

the Software on up to a maximum of three (3) computers owned and used concurrently by the

single individual licensee.

2. Use Restrictions and Code Protection

The Software contains valuable trade secrets, proprietary DSP algorithms, and confidential

information owned exclusively by Alessandro Sozzi. You are strictly prohibited from:

● Reverse Engineering and Decompilation: Decompiling, disassembling, reverse

engineering, decoding, or otherwise attempting to extract, discover, or modify the source

code, signal processing algorithms, or license management systems of the Software.

● Bypassing Protections: Modifying, eluding, disabling, or tampering with any security or

license validation mechanisms included within the Software.

● Self-Protection Mechanisms: You are expressly informed that the Software includes

technological protection measures designed to prevent unauthorized or pirated use.

Detection of code tampering, debugging attempts, or the use of counterfeit license keys

may trigger automatic protocols resulting in delayed functional degradation or complete

deactivation of the Software.

● Distribution: Renting, leasing, selling, redistributing, sub-licensing, or transferring your

rights to the Software or its associated activation keys to any third party.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Software is protected by copyright laws and international intellectual property treaties. All

title, copyrights, and intellectual property rights in and to the Software (including but not limited

to C++ source code based on the JUCE framework, "Safe Phase" algorithm architecture,

graphical user interfaces, the Lotus artwork design, and trademarks) are owned exclusively by

Alessandro Sozzi (Dominus Mundi Audio).

5. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER

EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. THE LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS

CONTAINED IN THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT THE

OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ALESSANDRO SOZZI BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT,

SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED

TO, DAW SESSION CRASHES, LOSS OF AUDIO PROJECTS, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR

BUSINESS INTERRUPTION IN THE STUDIO) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO

USE THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically

without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this agreement. Upon

termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any legal

action or proceeding arising under this EULA or relating to the Software shall be brought

exclusively in the Court of Grosseto (Italy).

Il presente Accordo di Licenza con l'Utente Finale ("EULA") è un contratto legale tra l'utente

(persona fisica o giuridica) e Alessandro Sozzi, sviluppatore indipendente e titolare del

marchio Dominus Mundi Audio ("Licenziante"), per l'utilizzo del software audio, dei plugin

(incluso, a titolo esemplificativo, il plugin "Stereoid"), dei componenti associati, dei supporti

cartacei o elettronici e della documentazione online (collettivamente, il "Software").

Installando, copiando o utilizzando in qualsiasi modo il Software, l'utente accetta di essere

vincolato dai termini del presente EULA. Se non si accettano i termini, non installare né

utilizzare il Software.

1. Concessione della Licenza

Il Licenziante concede all'utente una licenza limitata, non esclusiva, non trasferibile e revocabile

per scaricare, installare e utilizzare il Software esclusivamente per scopi personali o

professionali di produzione audio, all'interno di una Digital Audio Workstation (DAW)

compatibile. La presente licenza viene concessa per l'utilizzo del Software su un numero

massimo di computer posseduti direttamente dall'utente (fino a un massimo di 3 macchine

simultanee), purché utilizzati dallo stesso utente licenziatario.

2. Restrizioni d'Uso e Protezione del Codice

Il Software contiene segreti commerciali, algoritmi DSP proprietari e informazioni confidenziali di

proprietà esclusiva di Alessandro Sozzi. All'utente è severamente vietato:

● Reverse Engineering e Decompilazione: Decompilare, disassemblare, effettuare

reverse engineering, decodificare o tentare in qualsiasi modo di estrarre o scoprire il

codice sorgente, gli algoritmi di elaborazione del segnale o i sistemi di gestione delle

licenze del Software.

● Aggiramento delle Protezioni: Modificare, eludere, disabilitare o alterare i meccanismi

di sicurezza e di validazione delle licenze inclusi nel Software.

● Meccanismi di Autotutela: L'utente è informato che il Software include misure

tecnologiche di protezione volte a prevenire l'uso non autorizzato o piratato. Il rilevamento

di manomissioni del codice, tentativi di debugging o l'utilizzo di chiavi di licenza

contraffatte può attivare protocolli automatici di degradazione funzionale ritardata o la

disattivazione del Software.

● Distribuzione: Noleggiare, concedere in locazione, vendere, ridistribuire, concedere in

sub-licenza o trasferire a terzi i propri diritti sul Software o le relative chiavi di licenza.

3. Proprietà Intellettuale

Il Software è protetto dalle leggi sul diritto d'autore e dai trattati internazionali sulla proprietà

intellettuale. Tutti i titoli, i diritti d'autore e i diritti di proprietà intellettuale relativi al Software

(inclusi, senza limitazione, il codice sorgente C++ basato su framework JUCE, gli algoritmi di

gestione della fase "Safe Phase", le interfacce grafiche, il design del Loto e i marchi registrati o

non registrati) appartengono esclusivamente ad Alessandro Sozzi (Dominus Mundi Audio).

5. Esclusione di Garanzia e Limitazione di

Responsabilità

IL SOFTWARE VIENE FORNITO "COSÌ COM'È" (AS IS), SENZA GARANZIE DI ALCUN TIPO,

ESPRESSE O IMPLICITE. IL LICENZIANTE NON GARANTISCE CHE LE FUNZIONI

CONTENUTE NEL SOFTWARE SODDISFINO LE ESIGENZE DELL'UTENTE O CHE IL

FUNZIONAMENTO DEL SOFTWARE SIA ININTERROTTO O PRIVO DI ERRORI.

IN NESSUN CASO ALESSANDRO SOZZI SARÀ RESPONSABILE PER DANNI DIRETTI,

INDIRETTI, SPECIALI, ACCIDENTALI O CONSEGUENZIALI (INCLUSI, A TITOLO

ESEMPLIFICATIVO, IL CRASH DELLE SESSIONI DI LAVORO NELLA DAW, LA PERDITA DI

PROGETTI AUDIO, IL MANCATO GUADAGNO O L'INTERRUZIONE DELL'ATTIVITÀ IN

STUDIO) DERIVANTI DALL'USO O DALL'INCAPACITÀ DI UTILIZZARE IL SOFTWARE,

ANCHE SE INFORMATO DELLA POSSIBILITÀ DI TALI DANNI.

6. Risoluzione

Il presente EULA è valido fino alla sua risoluzione. I diritti concessi all'utente cesseranno

automaticamente e senza preavviso da parte del Licenziante qualora l'utente non rispetti una

qualsiasi delle condizioni qui stabilite. In caso di risoluzione, l'utente si impegna a cessare ogni

utilizzo del Software e a distruggere tutte le copie in suo possesso.

7. Legge Applicabile e Foro Competente

Il presente EULA è regolato e interpretato in conformità alle leggi dello Stato Italiano. Per

qualsiasi controversia derivante dal presente accordo o dall'uso del Software, sarà competente

in via esclusiva il Foro di Grosseto (Italia).
